Dadai Account and Data Deletion

Dadai users can delete their account and associated data directly within the application. Deletion covers the user account, profile, materials, generation history, and data associated with using the service.

How to delete materials and generation history

To delete individual materials created in Dadai:

1. Open the Dadai app.
2. Go to the history, projects, or created creatives section.
3. Select the relevant material and choose "Delete".

This action removes the selected images, captions, hashtags, CTAs, and related data from the history available to the user in the application.

How to delete your account

To permanently delete your Dadai account:

1. Open the Dadai app.
2. Go to: Settings → Account.
3. Select "Delete Account" and confirm the action.

Deleting an account permanently removes the user account, profile personal data, generation history, and associated materials from Dadai systems, except data that must be temporarily retained for legal or security reasons.

Data retention

Some technical logs, backup records, balance usage records, or legally required information may be temporarily retained for security, abuse prevention, diagnostics, or legal compliance purposes and automatically deleted within a limited retention period.
