Dadai Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data may be used when Dadai operates, why it is needed, and how users can contact us about privacy matters.

1. Who processes data

Dadai is operated by DD SOFT. We use data to run the service, generate creatives, support users, protect the service, diagnose issues, and improve the product.

2. What data may be used

  • account data: email, name, display name, and profile photo if provided during sign-in;
  • product and marketing data: links, descriptions, categories, prices, menus, offers, ad goals, styles, and language settings;
  • source materials: photos of products, dishes, packaging, interiors, people, logos, and other images;
  • generation data: prompts, parameters, created images, captions, hashtags, CTAs, history, and balance usage records;
  • technical data: device, app version, language, events, errors, and diagnostics;
  • messages sent to support.

3. Why data is used

Data is needed to create and protect accounts, prepare AI creatives, save history, account for balances, answer support requests, fix errors, prevent abuse, and comply with the law.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. To operate Dadai, data may be shared with technical providers for authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, payments, notifications, support, and AI generation. Such providers must use data only to provide the relevant services.

5. Data storage

Account data, materials, and generation history are stored while the account is active or while needed for service operation, support, security, and legal compliance. Technical logs are stored for a limited period.

6. Security

We use organizational and technical safeguards. Users should not upload bank data, passwords, tokens, documents, or other information they are not ready to submit for automated processing.

7. User rights

Users may request information about their data, correction of inaccuracies, deletion of an account or materials, and ask questions about data processing. We may need to verify the account owner.

8. Children's data

Dadai is intended for users who promote products, services, menus, or businesses. The service is not intended for children and is not directed at collecting minors' data.

9. Policy changes

We may update this Policy when the service, law, or data processing practices change. The new version is published on this page.
