Dadam Account and Data Deletion

Dadam users can delete their account and associated data directly within the application.

How to delete a store and store-related data

To delete a connected store and all related analytics data:

  1. Open the Dadam app.
  2. Go to: Menu → Store.
  3. Select "Delete Store".

This action removes the connected store and associated store data from the application.

How to delete your account

To permanently delete your Dadam account:

  1. Open the Dadam app.
  2. Go to: Settings → Logout.
  3. Select "Delete Account".

Deleting an account permanently removes the user account and associated personal data from Dadam systems.

Data retention

Some technical logs, backup records, or legally required information may be temporarily retained for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance purposes and automatically deleted within a limited retention period.
