The Dadam application is operated by DD SOFT. We use data only to run the application, support users, protect the service, and improve the product.

2. What data may be used

Depending on how you use the application, Dadam may process:

• account data: email address, name or display name, and profile photo if provided during sign-in;
• connected store data: orders, products, prices, stock, reviews, statuses, financial and analytics indicators;
• settings entered by the user for calculations, reports, and notifications;
• technical data: device type, app version, language, app events, errors, and diagnostic messages;
• messages that the user sends to support.

3. Why data is used

Data is needed to:

• create and protect the user account;
• connect a store and show its data in the application;
• prepare reports, hints, and analytics indicators;
• respond to support requests;
• fix errors, improve stability, and develop the application;
• comply with legal requirements and prevent misuse.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell users' personal data. Data may be shared only with services and contractors needed to operate the application: authentication, storage, analytics, diagnostics, payments, notifications, and support. Such services must use data only to provide the relevant services.

Some features may depend on third party platforms used to sign in, connect a store, or pay for a subscription. Those platforms also apply their own rules and policies.

5. Data storage

Account and store data is stored while the account is active or while it is needed for the application to work. Technical logs and diagnostics are stored for a limited period needed for support, security, and service improvement. If the law requires certain information to be stored longer, we comply with those requirements.

We use organizational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmitting or storing data can be fully protected from every risk, so users should also protect their account and device.

The user may request information about their data, ask to correct inaccuracies, delete an account or connected store, and contact us about data processing. We may need to verify that the request was sent by the account owner.

8. Children's data

Dadam is intended for users who manage a store or work with it on behalf of the owner. The application is not intended for children and is not directed at collecting data from minors.
