Dadam Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Dadam mobile application developed and maintained by DD SOFT. By using the application, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

1. Purpose of the application

Dadam helps store owners and team members view sales, orders, products, reviews, and key indicators in a convenient format. The application is intended for day-to-day monitoring and analysis of store performance.

2. Store connection

Some features require the user to connect a store and allow the application to receive data needed for reports and analytics. The user is responsible for having the right to connect the store and use the data shown in the application.

Dadam is not an official representative of marketplaces, banks, delivery services, or other third party platforms. Data availability and some features may depend on those platforms and on store settings.

3. Data, reports, and recommendations

Indicators in Dadam are informational and help with management decisions. They depend on source store data, user settings, selected periods, and other factors. Dadam does not replace accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.

4. User responsibilities

The user agrees to:

• use the application only in a lawful way;
• not share account access with unauthorized persons;
• not connect stores or data that the user is not allowed to use;
• verify important decisions against primary sources and documents.

5. Service limitations and changes

We may update the application, change the interface, add features, or temporarily limit features when needed for product development, security, stability, or legal compliance. We work to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every feature.

6. Intellectual property

The Dadam name, design, text, application structure, and software materials belong to DD SOFT or are used lawfully. The user may not copy, distribute, or modify application materials without written permission from DD SOFT, except where allowed by law.

7. Liability

The application is provided as is. DD SOFT is not liable for losses that may arise from user decisions, third party platform failures, inaccurate source data, or use of the application in violation of these terms.

8. Termination of use

The user may stop using Dadam at any time. We may restrict access to the application if the user violates these terms, the law, or creates security risks for the service or other users.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, under the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
