Dadai Terms of Use

Dadai is a DD SOFT product for creating AI creatives, ad images, captions, hashtags, and CTAs for products, dishes, menus, offers, and other marketing materials.

1. Purpose of the service

Dadai helps users prepare advertising ideas and materials faster. It is not a design studio, advertising agency, legal advisor, or guaranteed moderation service for marketplaces and ad platforms.

2. Account and access

The user is responsible for account security, the accuracy of entered data, and the right to use materials uploaded or submitted to Dadai.

3. AI results

AI creatives may differ from expectations, contain visual errors, inaccuracies, or artifacts, or fail the rules of a specific platform. The user must review results before publication.

4. User materials

By uploading photos, links, texts, logos, menus, images of people, products, interiors, or brands, the user confirms that they have the right to use those materials and submit them for automated processing.

5. Balance, images, and AI license

If Dadai uses balances, image packages, free attempts, or limits, a charge may occur when a result is created. Detailed AI image generation terms are published on the AI image terms page.

6. Prohibited use

Dadai may not be used for illegal, misleading, discriminatory, fraudulent, dangerous, or rights-infringing content, or for spam, phishing, and unfair advertising.

7. Service changes

DD SOFT may update Dadai, change the interface, tariffs, limits, and feature availability when needed for product development, security, stability, or legal compliance.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is. DD SOFT is not liable for user decisions, advertising results, moderation failures, customer claims, platform disputes, or third-party rights issues related to user materials and publication of results.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation.
